Hopefully someone else has better luck with this and hopefully this isn't the reason less than 1% of people on Steam have these achievements.įor anyone who runs into this problem, it doesn't seem to be related to Kingmaker, I had the same problem on a save where I didn't try for Kingmaker. I'm not sure what causes this BUT, there is two constant people in the Kingdom of Nords and that's King Ragnar and Grevinne Isolla (formerly Lady Isolla of Suno who I helped claim her Swadian throne) so it's possible that going for the Kingmaker achievement on the same save file as any of the conquer all of Calderia achievements just doesn't work. So my 1000 day save file is pretty much useless now. So I'm stuck, I tried leaving the Sarranid and starting my own faction hoping I could get the nords to join me but I fucked up, most of my army had left due to low morale (apparently they don't like camping with no food for an entire year xD) and I immediately ran into the khan, with 500+ troops vs my starving low lvl army and lost, now I have no army or towns and recruiting villagers doesn't seem to work anymore, i'm basically a Nord except I show up on the map.
I've waited probably close to an in-game year by now and nothing, searched the map from top to bottom 10+ times and the xbox version doesn't have mods. I did a bit of googling and found that it's an issue on the steam version too and the only known fixes are to wait it out, find the nords on the map or install a mod. They're not at war and there is no way to contact them, they have nowhere on the map to go and I've gone around the entire map a good 10+ times and can't find any of them wandering about. So i've captured all towns castles and villages with the Sarranid Sultanate and all factions cease to exist except for the Kingdom of Nords, who constantly have 1-3 vassalages, and they leave regularly but new ones join.
